Cold Forged Heat Sink

The heat sink of LumiSun1 Series is made from the cold forging technologies. Due to the process, the grain structure of the part is fully retained and so is its heat dissipation capabilities as compared to a part that is die-casted. A temperature test conducted between two similar size light where the heatsink is made from cold forging and dies-casting yields the results shown. the light manufactured using cold forging method is clearly more superior and expected to have longer life span.

Air Gap

LumiSun1 Series design has an air gap of 18mm between the sink and the driver as a result minimizing the transfer to the driver

High Efficacy Design

Efficacy is the term given to the efficiency in converting energy to light. As a result of consuming energy in watts, a lighting fixture delivers lumens. A more efficient light fixture produces higher lumens per watt
LumiSun1 Series has a high efficiency design type which produces 140 lumens per watt. This is possible due to the type and quantity of LED chips built into the light. LumiSun1 Series is not only highly efficient but also has a life span of more than 50,000 hours while retaining at least 80% of initial brightness (L80)
